Kirk Grantham is the founder and shareholder of the Grantham Law Firm of West Palm Beach, Florida, with roots in the community dating back to 1948.

Mr. Grantham stays very involved professionally. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of the Elder Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, as well as the Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Grantham is Florida Bar Certified in both Estate Planning and Real Property Law and is one of only eight attorneys in Florida with this dual certification.

Mr. Grantham graduated from the University of Mississippi and University of Mississippi Law School followed by several years of employment with the Internal Revenue Service in West Palm Beach, Florida as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney. Mr. Grantham has an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell and was listed in Super Lawyers magazine for his expertise.

He is the former president of the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown West Palm Beach Kiwanis Club and the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Heart Association. He is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World. He is the former Chairman of the Judicial Poll Committee and the Probate Court Advisory Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is on the Board of Trustees of Episcopal Charities of Southeast Florida and is the Chancellor of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church of West Palm Beach.

Mr. Grantham resides with is wife Cheryl and family in the Grandview Heights Historic District in downtown West Palm Beach, where they are involved in the preservation of several historic properties and the operation of the Casa Grandview Luxury Resort Rentals.
